What I  learnt from the classes I did attend enabled me to settle into my new life in Perth.

I found your classes so practical and easy to follow. I now spend at least 1/2hr each day, usually mornings, meditating and reflecting.

I attended meditation with Rhonda for quite a few months but once the winter set in I started doing it myself at home with her recorded meditations. I do intend to go back to it once the weather heats up as I find it works much better in a class. It really helps me to relax, reduce stress and anxiety. I would recommend her classes to anyone who wants to learn how to meditate.

I recently started meditation, for the first time, due to ill health which triggered stress & anxiety. 

The sessions have been very beneficial for me, and I feel more calm and centred in myself. My health issues are improving and my breathing technique, which prior to the sessions was all wrong, is getting better. Rhonda’s sessions are enjoyable and calming and a great way to interact with like minded people. 

I now take time each day to do a meditation session and appreciate having the recordings from the sessions that I have attended. I plan to continue with these sessions. Thank you Rhonda for this opportunity.

I have been attending Rhonda's weekly meditation classes since early 2023. I find the sessions are so relevant and helpful to what is going on in my life. 

I have learnt coping strategies and techniques to overcome really difficult periods of life's downs including grief, anxiety and stress. Rhonda's instructions on breathing techniques have assisted me in shutting down brain chatter and assisting with a good night's sleep.

Rhonda records the meditations allowing attendees to access the recordings whenever desired. 

I now meditate on a daily basis and as a result feel calmer and have a more positive outlook. 
I highly recommend these sessions for anyone regardless of meditation experience.

I found the class was interesting, informative, at a good pace and the atmosphere was full of good vibes.
I found it to be very beneficial as I learnt new things and also  reinforced some previous learning.

I really found the class very helpful..  (I did wonder how I'd go for 3 hours)  but it was so well planned with the content then meditations  & breaks it worked well for me.  

I've been a Carer for 30 yrs & I'm  now trying to *Set my Frequency* and care for myself. 

This class gave me some positive steps to achieve this 

 eg no room to focus on the past, meditating each morning , using  ^I am^  mantra if I want too,  &  working towards  being Free.
